The foundation administers financial assistance and scholarship awards to students who lives in either Canada, United States orChina, and who is enrolled in primary school, secondary school, junior high school and post-secondary institutions.(Financial assistance is restricted to post-secondary education in Canada and United States)Application in prescrbed form must be filled out and submitted by the educational institute for the board to make final decision.To facilitate the application process, the board of directors will contact various school boards and educational institute to act on itsbehalf. For programs in China, the service of a volunter agent has been relied on.
