To educate and increase the publics understanding and appreciation of the arts by providing musical performance of an artistic nature in public placesand senior citizens' homes,and to educate artists through participation in such performances.The Band shall be carried on without purpose of gain of its members,and any profits or other accretions of the band shall be used solely to promote its purposes.
